Blue Oasis 30a is a boutique home management company specializing in both vacation homes and non-rental properties on 30A. Founder, Kristie Chapin, a long-time 30A property manager professional, and real estate agent, wanted to use her extensive knowledge of the area and industry to provide a unique, full-service experience to homeowners, thus, Blue Oasis was born.

Hi, I’m Kristie, and I have been servicing 30A area homeowners just like you for over 10 years. During this time, I have held multiple director-level positions at various large property management companies along 30A, which has taught me the important aspects of what homeowners and guests are wanting in a property management company when coming to the 30A area.
