Guest Access

Guests have full access to the home, except for a locked owner's closets. Self check-in via smart lock.

House Rules

- Check-in: After 4:00 PM

- Checkout: 10:00 AM

- No smoking or vaping

- No pets

- No parties or events

- Bikes and LSV use at your own risk

- LSV drivers must be 25+ with signed waiver, valid license & insurance

- Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place trash bin by the curb the evening before and bring back to the garage after pickup

Parking

- 2 designated spots (marked “A”)

- No RVs, trailers, boats, or street parking

- No overnight parking at the pool

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL

We provide a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher pods, washing machine detergent, each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
